Peggy explains her research at the Stem Cell Network AGM

ICORD PhD Student Peggy Assinck has two new awards to add to her CV. Peggy recently won the “Best Poster” award at the Stem Cell Network Annual General Meeting in Calgary (November 22-24, 2010), for her poster entitled “Transplantation of Skin-Derived Precursors Differentiated into Schwann Cells (SKP_SCs) at Two Month After Spinal Cord Injury.” Last week, she won second place for her presentation at the Vancouver Coastal Health Transplantation Research Day (December 9, 2010). Peggy is a member of Dr. Wolfram Tetzlaff’s Discovery Science research group.
