Join Mary-Jo Fetterly for 6 sessions of Adaptive yoga on Wednesdays from 12:00 to 1:30pm.
- Classes start September 4th and run through October 16th (no class Sept. 18th)
- Classes take place in the ICORD Access Lab / PARC at the Blusson Spinal Cord Centre.
- Cost is $40 for the 6 classes.
